Dear delegates,

Being a junior at Robert College, I am much honored to serve as the President Chair of the Human Rights Committee at RCIMUN 2012, which is going to be my fourth RCIMUN and sixteenth conference. MUN has been a very significant aspect of my high school life, and in all these conferences I had the opportunity to get to know very distinguished individuals and collaborate with them to discuss issues that are of high importance to our planet. Therefore, I am looking forward to meeting you in April.

I was a delegate at the Human Rights Committee of RCIMUN 2010; therefore, I can say that being the President Chair of this forum will be especially meaningful for me. I have always found the Human Rights Committee to be unique with its constructive and productive discussions, and hopefully I will experience this atmosphere once again with the participants of this year's HRC.

In addition to my interest in MUN, I also enjoy playing the violin and learning about photography.
Community service projects have a very important role in my life and I have organized and taken part in projects in many different areas including education, healthcare, environmental protection and school painting.

As a member of the club that organizes RCIMUN, I previously had the chance to enjoy this conference as an admin, a delegate and as the admin head. This year I hope to enjoy RCIMUN as the chair of a very special forum thereby wishing all participants an enjoyable conference.

Sincerely yours,
Tilbe Çağlayan
President Chair of the Human Right Committee
