There are no delegation fees in RCIMUN 2018. All fees apply to participants individually. Participation fee applies to all of the participants including advisors. The participation fee is 700 TL or 120€ (for schools outside of Turkey) per participant. It includes an opening dinner, all 4 lunches, a boat trip, coffee breaks, all conference related materials (including a t-shirt) as well as all other related conference activities. The transportation fee is 80 TL or €20 per participant, which includes transportation to and from the airport or transportation to and from the hotels. One way transportation, either to or from the airport, is 40TL or €10 per participant. The payment deadline is February 22nd. REFUND POLICY: RCIMUN is fully aware that delegates may choose not to attend the conference after they have made the payment; however, according to our school's financial policies no refunds will be possible.
