There are no delegation fees in RCIMUN 2018. All fees apply to participants individually. Participation fee applies to all of the participants including advisors. The participation fee is 540 TL or 120€ (for schools outside of Turkey) per participant. It includes an opening dinner, all 4 lunches and a supper on campus, coffee breaks, all conference related materials, all related conference activities, a t-shirt and local transportation to and from the conference venue to the hotels suggested by RCIMUN.
The transportation fee is 80 TL or €20 per participant, which includes transportation to and from the airport or transportation to and from the hotels. One way transportation, either to or from the airport, is €10 per participant.
The payment deadline is the 2nd of February.

REFUND POLICY: RCIMUN is fully aware that delegates may choose not to attend the conference after they have done the payment; therefore we want to ensure delegates receive sensible amounts of refunds. Please refer to the days below, and contact us as soon as possible.
There will be no refunds from 24th of March until the conference.
