There are no delegation fees in RCIMUN 2017. All fees apply to participants individually. If requested, an invoice will be delivered during registration. Participation fee applies to all of the participants including advisors. The participation fee is €145 (or 360 TL for schools from Turkey) per participant. It includes an opening dinner, all 4 lunches and a supper on campus, coffee breaks, all conference related materials, all related conference activities, a t-shirt and local transportation to and from the conference venue to the hotels suggested by RCIMUN.
The transportation fee is €20 (or 60TL) per participant, which includes transportation to and from the airport. One way transportation, either to or from the airport, is €10 (or 30TL) per participant.
The payment deadline is the 17th of March.

RCIMUN is fully aware that delegates may choose not to attend the conference after they have done the payment; therefore we want to ensure delegates receive sensible amounts of refunds. Please refer to the days below, and contact us as soon as possible.
There will be no refunds from 24th of March until the conference.
